Raoul Reichrath graduated from the international renowned culinary school Ter Duinen in Koksijde - Belgium in 1983, and was elected best young chef of Belgium in 1987. In 2001 he started his first own restaurant in southern France, and obtained a Michelin star 3 years after - becoming the first Dutch born chef to obtain a Michelin star in France. For this special evening, he will present you the degustation menu he created that year.
